Area of Effort 5.1 Universally Available Supports

  • Action 5.1A Develop and communicate a broad range of supports available to all employees.
  • Action 5.1B Establish a coaching/mentoring system within the workplace.
  • Action 5.1C Reduce barriers to accessing employee supports in line with a universal design approach.

Area of Effort 5.2 Supportive Information-Sharing Environment
