• Action 1.3A: Review and update key policies to reflect importance of universal design and accessibility, including in the areas of IT, recruitment, and communications.
• Action 1.3B: Offer flexible working arrangements to accommodate the needs of disabled employees.
• Action 1.3C: Prohibit discrimination and promote respect for difference in HR procedures and company codes of conduct.
