• Action 1.2A: Implement targeted recruitment of disabled people to enhance organisational understanding of inclusive recruitment practices.
• Action 1.2B: Develop and implement a confidential, transparent, and supportive Reasonable Accommodation Policy.
• Action 1.2C: Assign responsibility and accountability to staff members for coordination of supports for disabled staff.
• Action 1.2D: Ensure leave policies allow for disability related leave which is not related to sickness.
